Pricing, Payment & Credit Terms
All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of order placement unless otherwise approved in writing.
Savage Emblems reserves the right to suspend production, withhold delivery, or revoke credit privileges at its sole discretion.
Net Terms Application
Customers may apply for trade credit by submitting a completed Net Terms Application to accounts@savageemblems.com.
By applying, you authorize Savage Emblems to:
– Verify trade and business references
– Conduct credit checks where legally permitted
– Share information with financial institutions or credit reporting agencies as required
Approval of credit is at the sole discretion of Savage Emblems and may be modified or revoked at any time. Standard approved terms are Net 15 days, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Late Payments
Overdue balances are subject to interest at 2% per month (24% annually), or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. The customer is responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including legal fees, administrative expenses, and recovery costs permitted by law. Savage Emblems may suspend production, delivery, or future services for overdue accounts. Submitting a credit application does not guarantee approval or continued credit privileges.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing
Orders are processed within 5–15 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time.
Carrier Responsibility
Once shipped and tracking is provided, Savage Emblems is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Savage Emblems is not liable for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Savage Emblems is not responsible for customs delays, rejections, or seized shipments.
Shipping & Receiving (Distributor Goods)
Savage Emblems is not responsible for missing, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged apparel supplied by third-party distributors or manufacturers. Any shortages or distributor errors must be resolved directly with the supplier. All inbound shipments must clearly display the correct Purchase Order (PO) number and/or invoice number on every box. Savage Emblems is not liable for misplacement, delays, or losses resulting from improperly labeled shipments.
Production, Proofing & Returns
Custom Orders
All products are custom manufactured. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Proof Approval
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, specifications, placement, colors, sizes, and quantities prior to production. Once approved, Savage Emblems is not responsible for errors not identified before approval. If the customer waives digital proof and/or physical sample approval, they accept full responsibility for the final outcome. Approval or waiver constitutes authorization to proceed.
Production Variance
Slight variations in color, size, placement, texture, or finish are inherent to manufacturing and shall not be considered defects. Perfect placement cannot be guaranteed due to garment variations and production tolerances. Customers must provide an additional 3–5% overrun of garments to account for production variance. Savage Emblems is not responsible for manufacturer defects, fabric flaws, dye inconsistencies, or pre-existing garment damage.
Due to variations in screen calibration, lighting conditions, fabric composition, dye lots, and production processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed. Colors displayed in digital proofs, mock-ups, or on-screen representations may differ from the final printed, stitched, or embroidered product. Savage Emblems is not liable for reasonable or minor color variations resulting from these factors. Approval of a proof constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance that such variations may occur.
Claims
Claims must be submitted within five (5) business days of receipt with photographic evidence.
Approved claims may result in:
– Reproduction
– Store credit
– Refund at Savage Emblems’ sole discretion
If a refund is approved, total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savage Emblems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, negligence, or otherwise.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Sever-ability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Privacy Policy
Savage Emblems complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect personal and business information necessary for order processing, customer communication, and legal/accounting compliance. Information may be shared with trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, accounting services) as required for business operations. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal information. You may request access to or correction of your information by contacting info@savageemblems.com. Savage Emblems may update this policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
